WCHT Working Groups Schedule

All work to move WCHT forward occurs in Working Groups. Working Groups check-in with a meeting each month to coordinate work that occurs throughout the month.

We are an all volunteer organization, and welcome new volunteers to join us, learn what we are working on currently, and share their ideas. Use the form below to get in touch with a Working Group coordinator if you are interested in getting involved.

  • Coordinator: Rob Howard

    Monthly Meeting Time: 3rd Mondays, 6:00, Zoom

    Goal: Connect WCHT with local contractors, building supply companies, student groups, and other partners to support WCHT's work.

  • Coordinator: Lynn Coulthard

    Monthly Meeting Time: 3rd Tuesdays, 6:30, Zoom

    Goal: Connect WCHT with local faith communities interested in creating permanent affordable housing.

  • Coordinator: Meredith Maiken

    Monthly Meeting Time: 1st Tuesdays, 7pm, Zoom.

    Goal: Maintain an active online presence to share WCHT's actions with the community.

  • Coordinator: Ben Loomis

    Monthly Meeting Time: 2nd Wednesdays, 5:30pm, Zoom

    Goal: Share WCHT's mission with other local businesses to create funding, volunteer, and other supportive partnerships.

    Goal: Build connections to local neighborhood, civic, nonprofit, and other community groups in Watauga.
